Is AU a "staff augmentation" or "solutions" consulting firm?
We don't consider ourselves an "augmentation" firm because we seek acute accountability and transparency over the quality and value of our work product. Our value is obvious, especially when contrasted with firms that provide "a guy" to help out (whom ultimately blend in amongst the masses).
We are not strictly a "solutions" company either (although that component is certainly evident), because we don't intend to deliver and then leave our clients with problems. Our solutions provide inate training handoff (via immersion) and offer a defined migration path for maintenance and enhancements phases.
